Deanna was born and raised on a farm in rural Oregon.  She began

her professional career in 2004, apprenticing in Portland under Yvette Tallentire.  Shortly thereafter, Deanna began regularly traveling to New York to attend Bumble and Bumble Academy classes. Evolving into her becoming a network educator, teaching and assisting at increasingly larger events.
 
After five years working out of Novare Salon, Deanna decided it was time for a new change. She discovered Arabella Salon and Davines in 2009. She’s been working at Arabella ever since and becoming the owner in 2012.  

 

Deanna remains deeply committed to ongoing education, both for herself and the next generation of stylists. Attending classes up and down the West Coast, as well as further afield in London, Paris, and at Davines World Wide Hair Tours.  Adding to the feathers in her cap,She becoming an educator for Davines, A member of the artist Team and The North American Cutting Team.

Her passion is rooted in being open to emerging techniques and by practicing the time honored skills of her craft.
